At Estudio Niksen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it remains in its original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are protected from damage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
